Chicken/rice dish...off the charts! Great service!
We always come downstairs for our anniversary because this is the best steak in knoxville. Our last go around, the steak wasn't quite as fabulous as we remembered. We reluctantly told our waitress that it just wasn't like we remembered, and she immediately made everything above and beyond perfect. The manager was phenomenal in fixing the situation. They truly went above and beyond in making our experience just amazing. I'm so super impressed with this place, and I highly recommend for a great overall experience!!
The hot chicken burger is amazing and really cheap on a Sunday evening 🙂
If your a college srudest and enjoy loud obnoxious table mates - You'll love the upstairs venue. Very disappointing for trying to have a nice celebratory meal. The filets were 'eh' the prime ribe was so-so. The desserts were the best part! The management kept apologizing for the long delays - it wasn't what we had invisioned when we made the reservation. If you're looking for fine dining don't settle for upstairs.. I wish we hadn't.
The food was fantastic and very tasty. The service was some of the best I have ever had. Will be a return customer next time I am in Knoxville.
Great food and service. Server needs to expand her vocabulary past the word ABSOLUTELY. I wish they had prime rib through the week like kingston pike does.
