My husband & I had a delightful dinner at the Copper Cellar! The food....spectacular! The service....extraordinary! The management...phenomenal! Thank you for a memorable evening! You never disappoint us!
Very old school menu, but in the past I could count on consistent good food. Last night, this wasn’t the case. My baked potato was terribly undercooked and grilled chicken just was not good. The sandwich bun was ice cold, as if it had been frozen. Service was excellent though, and all staff was very kind. The menu could use some updating but I won’t give up on this place just yet! Always love to eat here when in Knoxville.
Must try the Reuben sandwich!! Service was great and food was ready in a timely matter!
Absolutely awful service!!! They have ONE small section that's accessible for people who are in wheelchairs. We waited 2 hours for that table and when I tried to voice my concerns to the general manager (Kit Housley) he was VERY rude and disrespectful. When I mentioned that ONLY ONE SECTION was handicapped accessible and that maybe they should reserve that for their customers that need it, he simply replied "I don't have to do that, we are technically ADA compliant". Our server was great! The GM Kit Housley flat out told my wife he did not need to honor handicap accessibility. Yes it was busy but he had the audacity to say that to my wife about my father in law who has been in a wheelchair for 30 years!! I will never step foot in this establishment again & think Kit is the most unprofessional piece of garbage I’ve ever been around.
We've have loved our meals & experience/service every time we come! Our daughter is a student at UTK and Copper Cellar is a must every time we come into town for a visit with her!
It was a busy game day so I'll take that as why the service was slow and horrible. Ordered the same drink 3 times came out completely different each time. Food and other drinks came out without specifics ordered. Prices were high for bar like food, but I'd try it again on a non game day.
