Very clean. If you can't do stairs let them know when you book. Our room was on the 4th floor with no elevator. We didn't mind. Good location close to the T. I don't think our room had air conditioning. If it did we never figured it out. We kept the windows open. I would recommend The Copley. Excellent value.
Close to Fenway and we could walk. It was a very homey feel . And we loved the surrounding neighborhood.

Convenient to Boylston St shopping and restaurants. Easy walk to Fenway, and Commons, Museums, and other sites are an easy train ride away. Apartment was older, but clean and updated w nice amenities. The neighborhood is nice, and the staff was most helpful
