We stayed there last week for 3 days. It was dirty and the house keepers just replaced towels and nothing else. The coffee maker wasn’t washed after the last guest and beds were not made each day that we were there. We won’t go there anymore, you expect a clean hotel when you pay 250 a night.
Copley house is an amazing place to stay. Apartments turned hotel rooms. You can’t go wrong at Copley house. Not to mention the guy at check in was AWESOME!!! Highly recommend
Nice clean and spacious room
amazing place to stay go have a getaway
It was an ok place to stay and enjoyed the location. However we had 4 people in our group so two had the bed and the other two had the pullout couch which was the worst I have ever experienced. Had to put the mattress down on the floor because it was a more firm surface and used the couch cushions for one person. Called the front desk and only got a "sorry for your inconvenience." The microwave also didn't work which was minor. This was a cheaper option than others in the area and I think you get what you pay for.
We just finished a three night stay in a studio unit across the street from the main office.the unit was small but very nice and unique.the unit was cleaned each day and the staff in the office were very helpful and friendly.the unit is located in a nice area of town and we were close to public transportation.very good experience all the way around.jim &pat
I had a budget studio which was perfect for one. Half of the light switches didn’t work or the bulbs were burned out. Got up after going to bed to see a large roach coming out of the kitchen. It was a nice experience to stay here in this building since I’m from Texas and have never been to Boston.
This place is nothing like the photos in their advertising. Old townhouses that have not been fully renovated, very small rooms. It’s located in a very nice area, close to public transportation and landmarks but it is a very low budget hotel. We booked a studio and it was a lot smaller than any room we had in a cruise ship. Barely any room to walk around the queen size bed.
We've just stayed at Copley House Garrison Street. A fine place to stay! Nice shower! A bitt small next to the bed, but that's all. We'll be back!!
