Can't beat the location & price for Copley Square/Downtown Boston. Some technical issues with the TV and bathroom that were easy to overlook for a one night stay.
Not as advertised. No controllable heating or air conditioning. No management available to address complaints. Very disappointing.
Great staff, great room, great neighborhood all resulted in a great stay!
