An out-of-town lifesaver. Thought I had a cooling water leak 300 miles from home. Brought it in and Brea put me at the head of the line. Ascertained it was just condensate from the a/c unit. Had me out of there and back on the road in just an hour. Plus they have an excellent little cafe that served breakfast.!

So close to 5 stars! We have used Coos Bay Toyota for servicing our 2 vehicles since we moved to the area 3 years ago. Overall this place is great. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, they seem to love their jobs and the cafe is an extra bonus. It would be 5 stars, but the amount of time it takes to get your car back when the service is completed is way too long lately! Our last 2 visits have been this way. Service I have had my Toy for over two years and they have treated me as if I was a ember of their family. I own a Honda and never felt like the care about me even when it was under warranty. I will purchase another vehicle when we are ready to replace the Honda.

Very satisfied with service This was low cost for having Prius oil change plus the do a general check. A small thing was fixed free of charge. Great waiting area: a nice built-in cafe.

Unique Experience at a Dealership I liked the environment of the dealership, open, friendly, unlike any I have been in before. The transaction went smoothly with very little surprises. Took great care of us, keeping the costs low as possible. We were from out of town, when our Toyota suddenly developed engine trouble. Oil leak in line, dumping almost all the oil left us in a real mess. We made it to Coos Bay Toyota. Lori Sappington, in the service department immediately began solving problems we were facing. I had my eyes dilated at the eye dr. earlier in the day and could barely see. My husband has severe CPOD, and can't walk far. We had our dog with us.
