Someone pushed a button On the evening before Christmas Eve, my family and I gathered up to drive out, only to find that my wives 2014 Sienna would not shift out of park. Great, no hassle experience! Our first exposure with buying our new 4 Runner from this dealer was with Summer (Internet Sales). She found the vehicle that we were looking for at a very competitive price. We were hoping to trade-in our 2005 4 Runner but were hesitant to do so because of the low value that is typically given under these circumstances. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff Everyone here is very friendly and efficient, I have always been very satisfied with when with the upkeep service provided for my truck, wouldn't dream of taking it anywhere else. Great place to do business - Sales, Service or lunch Buying my new Tacoma was a long process and Summer was so helpful through the whole time. I always got new literature as it became available. A Friend in Need On a Saturday night after 6 pm we had van (2006 Sienna) trouble about 30 miles south of the dealership. The dealership office person, Andrea, answering the phone AFTER HOURS, stayed with us, and got the General Manager, Glen to try and troubleshoot with me on the phone. Glen suggested that we drive back to Coos Bay so he could take a look at what the computer said the problem was. Very happy with our Tundra! I think sometimes the process of buying a vehicle can be pretty arduous, although I don't think it needs to be this way. Everybody we met with a Coos Bay Toyota was extremely helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we got what we needed. This is one of the best experiences I have had in a long time.
