I booked a car a month ago at a very good advanced rate and planed a one week trip to California. One hour before I was to pick up the car, I get a call from the rental department saying they are not releasing any cars l, due to a technical problem. Upset, I asked if they could write a manual contract. I needed the car as I was leaving in the morning, took off work and am all packed. He said he couldn’t help me. Poor customer service experience manager Lori is RUDE, lies along with Brady never knows what's going on.. one day your car is ready next day. Car never been looked at. Lori yells at customers then hangs up... very disgusting service ! Poor poor rating

Did not meet expectation- I took my vehicle in for scheduled servicing. When I scheduled the appointment I discussed in detail the services I wanted performed on my vehicle, at that time I was quoted a wait time of 2 hours. When I arrive the I again asked how long the requested services would take and I was quoted 2.5 to 3 hours. The service visit was over 4.5 hours and the facility misplaced my keys. I like the ppl, but having to wait over 14 days for my Rav4 is a problem. Mr Post has kept in touch with us. The Credit union is getting concerned.

While on vacation along the Oregon coast, we suffered a break-in that included smashing the passenger window. Although Coos Bay Toyota was completely booked, they found away to schedule us for the replacement of the window. I am forever thankful to them for helping us salvage our vacation. After buying my last Toyota Camry from this dealership in 2008, I am frustrated by the website requiring me to contact them regarding the price of their vehicles. What are you afraid od or hiding? Not very transparent. I was used to upfront, honest fealing with Toyota as a whole and now I am likely to seek a differwnt dealer and/ or brand to purchase.

I trusted this dealership the first time we bought there had a great manager when we went back a few years later asked for him they said he was fired so they had us work with Izzy he really took full advantage of car buying skills I’m now three years into this and still owe 4000 more than it’s worth please go out of town do not trust these people

customer service I have been doing business with Coos Bay Toyota for over 45 years. I have been very happy with their service , but none more than just recently. The service department has always done a good job. Steve, my salesman has always gone out of his way to help me, even after the sale has been completed, but my kudos today go with Glen and Amanda.
