Service experience I find the Coos Bay service department professional, courteous and do a great job on my 1999 RAV4. Having used their service for 15 years, I can't imagine going anywhere else. All their customer service reps are friendly and helpful, but Paul Mecca stands out as an exceptional service representative. He is always helpful, polite, takes the extra time to explain car repairs, and has solved my transportation issues while my car is worked on, more than once. They were right Several friends said CB Toyota was the best place to buy a car. My experience was amazing. Got the car I wanted at at WOW price, treated professional by everyone. The General Manager Glen was very pleasant and keeps his team happy and moral up. You get a good feeling walking in. It's a positive experience in every way. First Car Purchase I absolutely loved working with everyone at Coos Bay Toyota. I was a first time buyer, who didn't know a ton about the buying process, and asked a lot of questions, but the people there made me feel comfortable with asking even what I thought was a stupid question. When I needed assistance, lee jumped right in and assisted me. I look forward to recommending Toyota to everyone I know.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought my van from Coos Bay Toyota, and I get all my maintenance done there. I trusted Coos Bay Toyota to take care of my van and keep me and my kids safe on the road. I paid $60 every 5,000 miles for a complete oil change that included extras such as tire rotations and a visual tire inspection. A few weeks ago, I noticed one of my tires was bald along the outside edge. I walked around the van and discovered all 4 of my tires are bald on the outside edge. great suprise i am new to this part of the country - where i come from you fear dealerships (florida) Paul @ Coos Bay Toyota, overlooked my gruffness & took me through the whole process - heck, they even cleaned up my Rav 4 while it was there, these people will have me for life - i am not ez to please - yet i am delighted with the service i got there - if you take your Toyota there, you will get more than you pay for.

Powertrain warranty truly amazing On a road trip my 2010 Mazda5 engine blew in the middle of Wisconsin. I spent thousands of dollars getting it towed back to Oregon to get the repairs done at Coos Bay Toyota even though I wasn't sure if it was covered under warranty. I waited patiently for Toyota to review my case and decide if the repairs were covered under their Lifetime Power train Warranty. Issue resolved I had written a less than wonderful review. It seems that the person I needed to speak with was out of town and could not get my problem resolved. When he returned it was fixed to my satisfaction. Thank you Guy. I may be buying my 4th Toyota from you. I have many miles in mine, but still running great...

Addendum It’s a long story: left our old Sienna as trade in, keys went missing, …, a long story cut short by one competent sales manager. In two minutes Glen fixed the problem that wasn’t his. For a new or old Toyota, you could not find a better dealership.
