I need a small to mid size car for a replacement for a over used to large mini van so I went on line to see what they had to offer. Found a great selection, did a on line inquiry and was contacted really quickly the same day with questions on how they could help me. I have sever dealer anxiety from previous car buying experiences so being able to make my new car deal by email and phone was the only way I was going to consider purchasing a new car. Buying a new car has always been a somewhat painful experience, Coos Bay Toyota was just the opposite. When the owner comes out first to greet you, it makes a difference. I bought a Toyota Tacoma using USAA auto buying service which caused Coos Bay Toyota to contact me. I live in Houston but need the truck in Oregon. My initial contact was with Sheri Banes. Over a couple weeks time we concluded the sale via phone, email and wire transferred funds. Sheri and Ted are very courteous, friendly, and hard working. I would go to some lengths to attempt to use Coos Bay Toyota for future car buys.

Rick and Matthew with Budget 101 are a fantastic team! I was in a unique situation having just relocated to the area and needed a reliable used vehicle for work. Rick did a fantastic job of identifying which vehicles would best meet my needs and went to the mat for me to get me the best interest rate. The Coos Bay service is the best. The office staff is very friendly; they always remember my name. The technicians do top work. Service Manager, Jerry Davis, really puts the customer first. I had a door rattle problem and Jerry even brought in the Toyota Service Rep to get it solved. Jerry goes above and beyond the call of duty to make things right.
