Me and my wife went in the dealership with low excpectations and got something very realible and good on gas. The people we worked with were extremley helpful and got us a car as soon as possible. By far the best experience me and my wife ever had at a car dealership, Don is the greatest definatley going back to see him for our next car. From being greeted at the door by a very pleasant person to the final signing, I was very pleased with the with the whole process. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable...especially about the technical aspects.

Thomas was great. I had no credit history but I did have a decent trade-in and some cash. In about two hours, I drove home in a Lexus. It was a painless experience. The entire staff was most gracious. Thomas is new. This young man's got a growing family, so why don't you help him out and buy a car from him? He smiles a lot too. I brought in my used Tacoma truck (which I had purchased used from CBT) for a service and because I had experienced a minor backfire issue and rough idle when it was started when cold. I originally dealt with Jerry the service manager. They were not able to determine the cause. I decided to leave the truck overnight so the problem could be diagnosed when the engine was cold. I had a very positive experience at Coos Bay Toyota. I had heard of their good reputation for customer service and fairness, and I am able to confirm that. The salesman was knowledgeable and didn't pressure me at all in making my decision. I've returned a couple times for the complimentary car wash, which I greatly appreciate, and for routine oil change. The service is consistently professional and prompt. And I'm very happy with my PriusV!

The customer service at Coos Bay Toyota was friendly from the first greeting. There was never pressure. Kelly answered all of my questions and took me on the test drive. I had loved the car the minute I saw it, no poker face here. We went through the paperwork quite quickly and I drove it "off the showroom floor." I can't say too much about the price because I didn't compare with other dealers. I knew what I wanted and I knew where I wanted to get it. Kelly did help me get the payment where I wanted it, so I am very happy!
