"Awsome" We met Kelly Milburn outside to look at a newer car for my Wife Debra- From a Corolla to a Camry- Wow! My Wife needed Lumbar because she has seven rods in her from a accident that we were rear ended in Ma. and this was our first priority and she deserved this beautiful car. From the start Kelly said he would do his best to work everything out and he new our concerns. He did above and beyond what he said. Also Amanda was very clear on going thorough ever thing Thank you all very much.

Everything was great! Everyone we encountered at Coos Bay Toyota & 101 Budget Auto Sales were terrific! From the very welcoming and highly efficient greeter at the dealership main entrance (my apologies for not recalling her name but she was very nice to us), to Melodee, Zach and Wayne at 101 Budget that helped us find a reliable vehicle that met our needs at a price we could afford, and even Alison Hatten at the cafe, everybody was professional, easy to work with and made our entire experience a very positive one. Poor treatment Went to CB Toyota on Friday to get my oil changed and software recall update. They wanted me to do a $380 service (30k miles) and I told them that was ridiculous; just change my oil and do the software upgrade. They didn't get to my car until 45 minutes after my 8:30 appointment time. They still weren't done with my car 2 hours later. I'd heard that you can get crappy service if you don't buy their expensive service plans and just want the basics. Plus, they were in no hurry to do the recall service either. Ho... read more

I met Sheri Banes when I started looking at cars on line and she e-mailed me and during our conversations she gave me all the information I was asking for. She also called me to see if she could be of any more help. I was very appreciative of her concerns for me. She is the reason I changed my appointment from Kendall to Coos Bay Toyota. Coos Bay Toyota made buying a new car a breeze! I used the CostCo auto buying program and received an call from Bambi minutes after filling out my information online. She then emailed me the CostCo price for the 2014 Toyota RAV4 I was interested in. The next day I came in to check out the cars and was greeted at the door, there was even a sign up welcoming me. I had a great experience buying my Toyota Corolla. I had previously owned a 1998 Toyota Corolla that I traded in for a different vehicle a few years ago. I went in to the Toyota dealership hoping to find another Corolla, but it needed to be a manual transmission. The staff were all very helpful in searching for a model that was equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission. I am thrilled with my new vehicle. I love how it drives, the features that it has, and the warranties and services it came with.

I am one of those people who hates going to a dealership to purchase a car because of all the blarney you have to wade thru and put up with. I have to say though I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Coos Bay Toyota and in particular Ted Noble in sales. He is honest, knowledgeable, no pressure and the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. He genuinely cares about his customers. He listens to what you want and need and does not try to push you into something that is not right for you!
