From the person who set up the appointment to the person who checked me in. The person who took me to the examine room and the x ray technician. It didn’t stop there the PA who checked me and the person who checked me out at the end of my exam all were very professional, friendly and made me feel at ease. I’d recommend this place to everyone. Awesome staff!!!
Dr.Cooper wasn’t thorough during our vist and didn’t touch all my concerns. I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything because even the medical assistant was unfriendly alongside the receptionist. I was ignored while standing on crutches until their conversation was over. Overall unprofessional.
This review is for the check in ladies at Coordinated Health on Schoennersville Rd. Lora and Pam were the kindest, most professional check in team I've ever dealt with. I've been coming to Coordinated Health since April 2021and EACH visit I have to check in with these ladies and it's always quick , polite and professional. DO NOT USE COORDINATED HEALTH! They charge rediculous office fees!! Took my daughter to the podiatrist, paid my copay and ended up getting a $500 bill in the mail for the office visit. FOR A PODIATRY appointment. I am speechless, I dont know how this is ok.....and lucky me, i didnt find this out until after her 2nd visit-which they didnt even perform any treatment- but i will have to pay another $500 just for walking in the door.
