After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. First time to Cooper Hawk in Tampa, I noticed depending on the hostess that sat you depended on whether you would get the history behind the restaurant. Unfortunately, we did not get that until we sat down and the manager came over to us. The food was delicious. Visiting my family in Tampa from Rhode Island. Did a wine tasting yesterday and also had lunch. Everything was perfect. Travis was exceptional. Love this place!

We just flew in from Ohio to spend our first Christmas vacation at the beach. We enjoyed our dinner at Cooper's. Our service was great and the food was delicious. Loved the atmosphere and we will return if we have the chance.

My fiancée and I have been wine club members going on 2 and a half years now! We love this restaurant so much I asked her to marry me at Cooper's Hawks! The food is great and the wines are amazing!
