After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. Love Coopers! Excellent food & Excellent Wine! They have an awesome wine club too, you receive two free wine tastings a month, two bottles of wine a month. You earn points every time you go which equals rewards you can use like cash. They always give you rewards through out year for customer appreciation. Every time we go we have excellent service! Great appetizers, entrees and wine of course. Our waiter was wonderful, very knowledgeable of the menu.
We have been here a few times. Our most recent trip was the best. We went for wine and dessert. Jay was our server. He was helpful, attentive, and friendly. Great night.
They use to be Great but for some reason they are falling through the cracks. Had a long wait time for getting a table (with reservations), food taking too long to arrive, new wait staff that aren't informed about their own wine club membership, and constant interruption. I'm glad that my friend enjoyed her first time visit. Otherwise I would have rated them with fewer stars.

Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurant is a great place to go. We did the wine tasting and joined the Wine Club and then had coffee and desert at the bar. They were very knowable about the wine, helpful answering your questions.
I have eaten here before but yesterday I went just to purchase my favorite wine and just from my brief interaction, Travis made me feel like VIP! Love this place!
