After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. We would create a signature menu with a selection of dishes designed to pair perfectly with our own Cooper’s Hawk wines, made in our own private winery. We always love going to Cooper's Hawk, whether for lunch or dinner, or for wine tasting only. On this visit, we enjoyed a delicious, light lunch... and a glass a Barrel Reserve (Always a glass of Barrel Reserve!) It was a "perfect January day in Florida", and we enjoyed our lunch on the terrace, overlooking the fountain and the palm trees... it was kinda perfect! The food, the wine, the service, and the atmosphere were all amazing. That's why Cooper's Hawk is a "go to" for us! Cheers!
We had an incredible complex red wine blend, great service and our server was very informative. I only had a burger and the Mary's potatoes but hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had. Our only complaint is that we were unable to buy the wine without becoming a member.
Never disappointed, consistently good. It's always a great place to take out of town guests who are looking for a little something different.

It was my boyfriend and I's 6 year Anniversary and we couldn't decide on Flemings or Coopers. We had plenty of recommendations to Coopers so that's where we ended up. We made a reservation and since driving from a hour away, we got there way early. Checked in and actually were seating within about 10 minutes. Our server was a nice, young woman who was very polite, knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive but not overwhelming hanging out at our table. Did my first wine tasting there in Thursday ! The person behind the counter pouring for me and my friend couldn't have been nicer and more attentive even though the place was packed! She told us about the wines and even had some great stories to go with! Great time!
