Your service department is out standing! We scratched our 2016 Kia Sportage and made a small dent, nothing too bad but something that you don't want to see on your new car. I called Cooper Kia this morning and they said to bring it over to see what can be done. Sure enough they were able to buff out the scratch. Can hardly tell its there. We have had wonderful experiences with Cooper Kia! Our second lease with them is nearly finished, and we will definitely be coming back for a 3rd 3-year contract! We've leased the forte coup and the forte and loved both cars! BEWARE GET SECOND OPINION !!! They swore the parts came off my truck , but they showed no signs of undercoating that was done 3 months ago. They charged me for parts that did't need to get done. BEWARE!!!
