You guys are crooks. Had bad warrantable calipers, charged me $100 to change the rotors because you guys wouldn’t warranty them. So I provided my own parts. And everything was already apart because warranty paid to change the calipers. Didn’t matter. So I was charged $100 for the 10 seconds to slide new rotors on the hub. I was told they aren’t making much money on this deal cause of warranty repair only. You guys are worthless....

Salesman lied to our faces told us don’t worry about extra mileage on lease he would take care of it as long as we got another Kia. When the time came they charged us for every extra mile.

You will not find comparable customer service anywhere else! I had been shopping around for a Kia Soul, but the other dealerships rubbed me the wrong way.
