Had a wonderful experience with Bruce our salesman when we purchased our first Kia - Soul. Went back to look for our second Kia to replace our dated Ford Escape. That salesman wasn't as helpful. Ended up leaving because of his statement towards my wife when she inquired about a manual transmission. Needless to say he came across as a sexist jerk. We went elsewhere and bought a Mazda.
I absolutely love my Kia and the service from Kia is second to none. Their staff is very friendly and always very accommodating. Everyone should get a Kia.
