An all-around awesome dealership. Great people, no pressure selling, excellent customer service. We got our first Kia, there, a Rio and love it.
If I could give a zero rating I would! We're looking to get back into an Enclave and because we've already owned 2 we had no reason to test drive one. After explaining this to the woman who took my husband's info, she went to speak to Mark about giving a trade in value for his truck... Mark's response "when he has time to drive mine, I'll take a look at his".. what??? Seriously the worst customer service EVER... We will NEVER do business with this dealership!!
Just picked up my 2016 Sorento after the check engine light went on. Not only did they fix the problem within 24 hours but they also fixed 3 things that Kia recommended that I was unaware of. All for free! Did I mention that they went out of their way to get me an AWD vehicle to drive while mine was in the shop? Mike in service is definitely a miracle worker and Bruce and Nick in sales are top notch too! Can't wait to lease my next Sorento from Bruce in August! Thank you all for exceeding my expectations �
Crooks..... don't stand behind the warranty. Tried to convince me that the car had no oil in it and I watched it drain out. They tried charging me $4k for a used motor. This is warranty! Beware of their lies! This is the third bad experience I've had with them. Complete crooks, including the owner! ***update... I went there and I was verbally assaulted by Kelly (salesperson) and was threatened in front of the owner. Obviously he did not care. I love these guys! They always wash my car. Love Mike and Vicky at the service desk. The BEST!
The people are awesome. Especially Kelly. The wait time for simple things like an oil change is outrageous. Why have an appt if u still wait forever. Think I'll start going to quick change ��
