They had the space I needed. Pure and simple
Excellent service. The guys were very helpful in getting me set up with a storage unit. The facility was clean and easy to navigate. It is a convenient location for me as well
I moved in last week and the process was super simple, quick, and straightforward! Colin was such a great help and answered every question I had!! I was able to use the moving truck that was offered through their move in deal and it made everything so much easier, I totally recommend! (I also love their lock system, very innovative and made me feel safer getting a storage unit with them)
Went in last minute and had to change the size of our unit. Bo R. Helped me and was extremely nice and very helpful. My only negative was the unexpected add-on fees. There was a “processing fee” and then the co tract requires you to have a lock (which I brought) but you cannot use your lock because it is a specific type of lock. When you end your contract, you get to keep your lock, except it is not a lock that you can use in any other application. That sorta irked me as I don’t like surprise fees. After 5 years of storing my belongings, I have nothing negative to say about Coolbox. The staff has always been helpful. I appreciate there are always carts available to move items. Moved in May 2019 - Moved out February 2025.
