Cool Springs Chiro is absolutely the BEST! Dr. Hinz is so personable and cares for each patient with genuine compassion. The staff is AMAZING! I love that they know all of their patients by name and are always so helpful and friendly. You never walk in without being greeted by their smiling faces. 😊 I have been to others in the area and can say without a doubt, Cool Springs Chiropractic offers the best care and service you can find.
My experience with this team has been excellent! They go above and beyond to make you feel known and appreciated. They are very flexible with appointments. With my schedule as a healthcare worker, I've had to move around my appointments several times and they've always been accommodating. With consistent visits, I have seen huge improvements in my neck pain and tension headaches! Cool Springs Chiro is outstanding! Dr. Hinz is an excellent care giver. He greets his patients with a big smile and is always compassionate and eager to assist in whatever way he can. After each appointment, I know I will walk out of his office feeling better than when I walked in, and that says so much. An added bonus is his staff. They truly keep the practice running like a well-oiled machine. The ladies at the desk are always flexible and courteous with appointment changes and requests. Highly recommend!
The staff is absolutely amazing! Dr Hinz ensures that he knows his patients prior to treatments and makes them feel comfortable. Being new to the area it was important to find a doctor that puts his/her patients first.
they are the absolute best and are always accommodating to my ever changing schedule. plus their massage therapist is TOP KNOTCH!!
