Wonderful service. My a/c went off at night, I called about 9am. They were on a job and came as soon as they were finished. Fast, friendly, efficient. Finished by 11am.
EXPEDIENT--from the very first contact (sunday) dave handled things faster than any previous experience we had with other companies in the past---we've heard from friends about their poor experiences with ac companies---I have high regards for cool aid and would highly recommend them
Dave, the owner operator called me on a Sunday 8am after the 4th of July holiday...WOW. He was there the time he said, greeted my wife and introduced himself and said''i hope I can earn your business' 'You do not get that kind of service in key west or any were else. He gave me an estimate and time it can be installed. Yes this was on a Sunday and we had a new Frigidaire central air unit with a 10 year warranty installed by 1pm that Tuesday .This business gets a 6star rating in my book...
They were at my home in a couple of hours even though it was a Sunday with very honest and straight forward answers

I was out of town during the whole installation of 2 unit , Mr. Link did everything he said he would do, and did them well . Upon my return in the early evening (0630pm) I had trouble turn on the units on. Called Mr. Link and rushed right over to start them up for me, Thank you, Great Service
Put a hole in my ceiling during the replacement of my coil and did not do a good job repairing it. They said they would be back the following morning but did not show. When ask about doing the repairs he said he forgot all about it. Finally arrived in late afternoon after I had called several times. Will not be requesting their services in the future.

We always strive to do the best we can. In this case we did have a very difficult job in an attic we had to crawl a ways in a very tight space, yes we did put our foot through the ceiling at the unit in witch was in the hall were the access hole should have been in the first place. note no other company would do the job we did our best and we did put a access port there. Good price to replace both of my central AC units. Very fast, extremely polite and professional crew! I very highly recommend Dave and his crew!
Accurate and to he point. He knew what was wrong and repaired the a/c. He was punctual and finished the job very satisfactorily.
