Very professional and accommodating. Fixed the problem on an emergency call.
It was great quick service in a time of need, the only thing I would say is they did not let us now it would be $110 just for them to come see what’s wrong. Wish they would given us a heads up.
Cool-Aid was professional, found the problem, explained my options, ordered the compressor and installed the new compressor - all in three days. Payment was easy, warranty completed, all in all extremely professional. I will call them the next time I need A/C service and recommend them to my clients and friends.
