Nothing was impossible. Fast service, said yes to bid on Friday and installation was completed on Tuesday.
Very professional
The service person was on time and performed the work efficiently. The 5 air conditioners are not central units, they are mini splits, with two installed at a height of 15 feet in the wall. The degree of difficulty is challenging. They were cleaned and the exterior condensers were checked for levels. All seem to be working properly.
I called and they were here within 2 hours . Joe was great 👍
My experience with cool aid air made things easier despite my air conditioner not working. They were professional, timely, and communicated thouroghly. I am very happy with the outcome and would highly recommended cool aid.
Jim was friendly and professional. Offered extras but didn't push. The service contract was a great deal. Definitely my go-to for A/C work now.
Courteous, friendly, very responsive and best of all .... quickly fixed the problem!
