The called shortly after I called the home advisor looking for a install bid. The came out after we set up appointment on time. The bid was reasonable. They order what was needed and started work. The entire project was completed in one day. (about 6-7 hours) The unit is working fine and we are happy with our new AC.
Very satisfied with Cool Aid. Gave us a perfect solution that solved the problem of limited space for the condenser, enabling us to qualify for a local rebate on energy services. Everyone who worked on the project was pleasant, respectful, and hard working. Great company and great employees!

Eric and Logan were very professional and hard working. They both take great pride in their work and it shows. It was a very clean install and the result is very aesthetically pleasing unit which runs well. We purchased a 3 ton 16 seer split Rheem unit. The unit is very quiet and very efficient.
