Tim Womach is our rep, and he is very enthusiastic about his job and wanting us to be happy with him. He is thorough and responds quickly if we have a specific need. We have used them for years and they are reasonable.
I've used Cook's termite protection for years, but never had a need for their pest control until this week. One evening I noticed a pile of soil beside my patio and could see the opening to a tunnel under the concrete. By the next day the pile had become huge.
