Chef Mario was awesome! His recipes were delicious and simple. I enjoyed his added information about how to find real Italian ingredients, the benefits of eating pasta al dente, and learning more about Italy from him. He explained things simply without being condescending. I will be trying his recipes at home for my family. I am looking forward to buying his book this fall!
Chef Mario and Jerry make sure you are learning, being entertained and eating. They are very patient and approachable. I have taken many classes and I have learned many skills. When they show you something, it is transferable to other aspects of cooking. Chef Mari also explains Italian food products. Needless to say, I am a huge fan of CSA.
Dallas and I attended the Chinese Takeout class last night at the Cooking Skills Academy. We had a great time learning from Chef Brian the simplicity of cooking three menu items. This is definitely something that we would do again. We look forward to cooking and eating our way through all the class options.

The classes here are AWESOME. My husband and I have taken several classes here and we enjoyed them all. Last night we attended the pasta making class and today I am going yo buy my own pasta maker lol. That is just how great their classes. Thank you Chef Miguel you're the BEST!!!!
