I had a great time while learning great tips on cooking an awesome meal.
My daughter and I attended a cooking class at Cooking Skills Academy on Saturday with Chef Miguel Rangel. We had a great time and a delicious lunch, Miguel is an excellent instructor and he has a great way about him with people. We will be back for more classes. Thanks for a fun day and great food.
We held a group event here in June, and it far exceeded everyone's expectations. I had multiple people tell me it was the highlight of the sales meeting! We will definitely consider for group events in the future.
We all had a good time learning how to make several Mexican dishes. The Chef gave us tips about the food and directions in using several utensils. The food was delicious and the meal filling. Second time there and think it is a great way to spend an evening.
Fun evening, been to many like this. Steak was just ok qaulity. The corn bread and baked beans were unique and very tasty. The cooking class is held in designer kitchen and bath store. Everything is very modern! Fun night to go on a date or with a group of friends.
I have taken several classes here and I thoroughly enjoyed them. Good instructors and they provide everything you need except maybe that favorite bottle of wine!
My wife and I have been taking classes here for about 5 months and have enjoyed all of them. Yesterday we took the Modern French with Chef Adam and learned lots of techniques and tips that we would not have thought about ourselves. Adam and Miguel (Miguel taught the first four classes we took), explain everything at an appropriate pace and in detail so that everyone has time to absorb the info and ask questions. And best of all, we get to eat everything that we cook (and some of what the chef cooks)!
Great class that makes it easy to learn. Chef Miguel was awesome.
