stick to the outline of recipes given on website for class student has chosen. Be willing to answer our questions about the recipe as some of us have come w/ experience and wish to hone our skills. When serving food made by your staff, make sure it is not raw and actually tastes good. No on wants to learn from a chef who's food tastes terrible.

Enjoyed the Knife Skills Class and the demonstrations and visual presentation as well. The hands on in making Pico de Gallo, Rosemary and White Wine Sauce Chicken Breast were fun and enjoyable. The experience as a whole was very worth time and fee paid.

Chef Paul did a great job of reading our group, assessing cooking skill level and adjusting to make it fun for all of us! We really enjoyed the lesson as well as the delicious food. Such a fun, team-building experience for our office staff! Thanks Chef Paul!

Our chef Miguel Was very organized and showed us how to make 15 minute meals of chicken and skirt steak and a chopped salad and other sides. All the ingredients were ready for us each time we needed them and the best part was we got to eat a whole meal and take the second one home. Learned a lot of new tips for cooking. Would attend another class!

My husband and I took a NYC steak class with Chef Miguel, and we both enjoyed it very much! The setup was great, so that each couple could prepare all the parts of the meal that we actually ate. Chef Miguel was a very helpful and personable instructor. It was a fun date night!
