Whenever I look for a class they're all filled up. Availability is terrible. Got a gift for 2 people and can't use it. :(

My group completely loved our day at the Cooking Skills Academy. Chef Miguel deserves a huge THANK YOU for securing MARIO RIZZOTTI as our celebrity chef. He was FANTASTIC – so funny and full of great authentic Italian cooking tips. Chef Miguel was very helpful and great to work with. He deserves a round of applause. We surely will be talking up this experience around here and look forward to use our winning coupon on another show.

Knowledgeable instructors, Chef Adam was excellent. I was introduced to foods that I have never eaten in the Mediterranean class. I will be making them again.
