A fun, wonderful experience and the staff is friendly and great
It was a great time. Our Company invited all of our Managers from Chicago to a cooking class. We chose pasta. Accommodations were great. Chef was great. Had a lot of fun competing in teams with our chef choosing the best dish. It was a BYO. AFTERWARDS we were served buffet a similar Italian meal which was great! I would recommend this place.. everyone enjoyed it.
We've been to several cooking classes here and all are excellent. Last night we attended the Comfort Foods class and it was our favorite so far: the food was outstanding and could easily be replicated. Who doesn't like macaroni and cheese and southern fried chicken? The sweet potatoes au gratin were also yummy.
Mario is fantastic. Informative, entertaining and fun to learn from. I highly recommend his classes.
We took our first class with Chef Adam and it was fantastic! He was a great teacher and instructed us all well. There were varying levels of ability and he was able to include everyone. I feel he went above and beyond to make it a great night for everyone. Very informative and would take a class again from him in a heartbeat.
This is our 3rd time at the Academy. Loved the Taco Tues Class with Miguel. He was fun and offered great cooking tips! Liked that he explained the recipes so well. Would definitely take more classes with him! A great night with family and friends. Thank you Miguel!
This was the most fun way to break up the week! The chef was friendly and we learned a lot! We will be back soon.
