I had a family emergency and could not attend a class I was scheduled for. I contacted the Academy and they told me they would be happy to reschedule. Just to contact them with the new dates. Well, after numerous attempts I am giving up on rescheduling my already paid for classes. I have sent 4 emails with no response. There is no phone number to call. So I am giving up. Too bad too. Awesome experience Chef Paul was amazing, the Dacor products are very innovative, the Midwest representative Caitie for Dacor was very informative and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend going to the cooking skills academy,
Chef Paul made the experience so much fun and he was so detailed in how he taught the class. Already booked my next class, cannot wait!
Had a great time learning to make sushi. Chef Paul was the best. Will definitely go again and recommend to all my friends
Had an amazing afternoon! Went with three friends, learned to make pasta and gnocchi from scratch, had a couple of glasses of wine (bring your own) and walked away with some new cooking skills. Bought two more tickets at the end to come back with my husband! They offer up to 80 classes.
Good teachers! Great space! I've taken many cooking classes in other places and still got several new ideas of valuable techniques! A great experience to share with friends!
