I really enjoy attending classes at Cooking Skills Academy. I have taken many different classes from all of the Chef's. Some favorites are the flatbread and the scone & biscotti class taught by Bill the Baker. Last night was my first class with Chef Mario Rizzotti, and it was great. He is not there often, so book him as soon as a class appears on the schedule. Once you attend a class you can purchase additional tickets at the end of class for just $39. Even if you know how to cook you will learn something here.
