Just got home from a fun night at Cooking Skills Academy! Chef Anthony was talented and funny! We all had a great time learning to make fresh pasta and competing like we were on Chopped! We'll definitely be back!
Tonight I treated myself to the how to make sushi class. This was my first class at CSA. I am signed up for the how to make pasta class. I hate to say this but this place is a hidden jewel. Find a class your interested in and sign up. You won't be disappointed. It's a great date night with the wife, girl friend, guy friend, buddy or even a single like me....and a 6 pack of my choice. So glad I finally dipped my toes into the CSA pool. My superFBpeeps loved my pics to boot. in my book.
So much fun. Chef Tony was fantastic!
The recipes are do able & delicious. Chef Paul is great! The classes are fun!
