Terrible Management. Also, the Service Department is the worst experience we have ever had. Chris, the manager, took my wife’s car keys and she had to call the police to get him to give them back to her.
My daughter was in the process of purchasing a vehicle here and when my wife and I drove up to take our grand daughter while she signed the papers there were some sales people outside, when my wife got out of the car one of them said are you here to buy a car or just use the bathroom. This, in my opinion, was highly uncalled for since he had no idea why we were here. I will NEVER set foot in their dealership again and if wouldn't have been too late would have told my daughter not to buy her vehicle here either.
RecommendedBought a car there this past Saturday, Darek Cherry was my car sales man and was by far the easiest person to work with! He helped everyday possible and make the whole process enjoyable. I will never go to anyone else!
