The worst Automotive experience ever! Might as well have a Ford and take it to Kmart's for service! Not one person there did their job. And thank you Chris, the man with 21 years of experience... Not such a great experience with Cookeville Honda. It shouldn't take one month just to get the paperwork sorted out to finance a vehicle while my truck is getting close to being two months behind on payments. Neither my wife or I should have to be the ones calling around following up just to find out that there's continuous problems with the paperwork that no one seems to think it's a big deal to call us. Took my car for the recall on the airbags. They tore it up and now the airbags light stays on all the time!! Took it back the next day and all they’re telling me is something else is tore up on it . Funny how the airbag light wasn’t on when I took it and now it won’t go off since they gave it back!!! Better hope my only child does not get hurt in that car!!
So disgusted with all these crooks!!! Wow, so i took my vehicle November 2016, paid them $420 for a VSA light problem, supposedly fixed, 4 months later it starts doing the same thing, take it back up there today and they tell me it is some sensor issue another $380 dollars for THE SAME PROBLEM!!! They supposedly give you a year guarantee on their work, well that is a lie! They are liars, crooks and cheats.
