In addition, I have used the Service Department since 2014 and they are outstanding! Poor customer service and dishonest toward loyal customers. Their service department even wrecked our car! Steer clear of Tim in the finance department and Darek in sales. We will never buy another car from Cookeville Honda.
when asked to fix a problem that started from day one they passed the buck to another dealer to fix and when asked to make it right they told me to go to the manufacturer for assistance, just after I spent$40k there.
We purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey here last weekend. We found it online and contacted Dan Threet about it. We were able to quickly agree on a price and everything was what we expected when we arrived Saturday morning. My wife and I were both very pleased! I’d definitely recommend dealing with Dan Threet.

Great experience so far. However the salesman I started with handed me over to another one after me dealing with him over the phone for a couple of days. When it was time to come in at my appointment time I was told "I'm with someone else. Braedon is gonna help me take care of you." Braedon Julian turned out to be a blessing. He was fantastic. He got me everything I ask for and more. I highly recommend him.
I would give service negative stars if I could. Here I am stranded and I have called and no one gives a hoot. This is what you get after paying 320 dollars of service. Great job guys! I paid to have my drive belt replaced and now it busted on me going down the road and I couldn't steer my car. I have pictures
