Took my truck to get an oil change. Had an appointment and still waited inside for 2.5 hours only to find out they didn’t tighten the drain plug and now my truck is completely out of oil two days later. Completely unacceptable.

I am 2 hours away and had a heck of time finding the HR-V I wanted locally. I called Cookeville and spoke to Dillon who said he had one coming in and would hold it for me. I never stepped foot in the dealership. They drove my car to me and I signed the papers in the trunk. So easy and convenient! I’ve never had a car buying experience like this. The manager was also nice and the guys who delivered the car were so sweet. All around great experience! Thank you!

Too bad there weren't 6 stars!!!...Dan Threet took care of the experience from the start as someone who truly cares about how the customer perceives the whole dealership...if not the whole vehicle brand! He worked with me via email for at least 2-3 weeks before I could arrange a visit (85 miles away).
