I was very pleased at the whole process of buying a new truck, the only issue I had is that when they transferred my license plate from my old truck to my new truck they used wood screws instead of machine screws and by the time I got home the plate was hanging on with just one wood screw. So instead of going all the way back to the dealer to get this resolved, I just used my own stash of machine screws at home. I'm just glad the wood screws didn't destroy the threads.
We had a very pleasant purchase experience with Daniel Threet. We were in and out of sales office in under 15 min. Compared to other lots price, we got a good deal.

We have had our Pilot repaired twice. One was a gas tank replacement and the other was an ignition issue. They were very patient as I took almost two weeks finding a decent used tank. The repair more than met our expectations. The second visit was equally satisfying. The previous owner had installed an aftermarket alarm system that was interfering with the ignition. We highly recommend Cookeville Honda's service department. Special shout out to Preston Kirby.
