Dr. Cook and his staff provided phenomenal medical care after my recent trip to the ER. They were attentive and caring from the very beginning. They did an outstanding job of explaining what the problem was and how the problem needed to be corrected. My recovery has been quicker and more complete than expected. One of the most impressive things about my hospital stay was that the staff consistently raved about how Dr. Cook was the best. I would have to agree.
I am a health care provider and went to Dr Cook for abdominal surgery. Having some understanding of the surgical procedure I had expectations going in. I have been overwhelmed with the care I have received. Thank you so much! The procedure, hospitalization and post operative care has been seamless. Jory was incredible in helping me through this whole process. Dr Cook answered every question I could think of. I never felt rushed with him. This practice CARES about their patients. Five stars !!!
Dr. Cook is an excellent Doctor! I have been sick for over ten years, seen several different specialist but nothing done to address my condition till i seen Dr. Cook he actually read all my records that i sent him, when I met with him for the first time there was no messing around, he point blank told me the only way to fix this is by surgery, (bowl resection) in a week or so he was doing the surgery that I needed ten years ago, the surgery and recovery went perfect, I have my life back now!
Dr. Cook and staff was very helpful and easy to work with. He saw my condition and was able to address it with a quick same day surgey. Everyone was Excellent and I am well on the mend.
Dr. Cook is very kind and had a great bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone.

I work in surgical services at Intermountain, so I already knew that Dr Cook is an excellent surgeon. He is very friendly and has great bedside manner. My only recommendation to him would be to take more consideration into post op phone calls. I called several times after my surgery with very valid concerns about some problems I was having, and even though I was miserable, there was no recommendations or treatment offered until the 4th time I called. Please listen to your patients.
Dr. Cook is easy to communicate with, great personality and good medical background. Have had him perform 2 surgeries with good results. I will return when needed.
