Dr. Cook is a rare & exceptional surgeon. Years ago he performed my mastectomy & put in my port for chemo. He took time to answer all my questions & concerns. The attention he paid to my comments & the care he provided during my hospital stay showed that his concern was genuine. He saw me as a whole person, not just a patient. Last month Dr. Cook removed the port. (No More Chemo!) He is still a caring and excellent surgeon. Both surgery sites have healed beautifully and with no difficulties!
I love Dr. Cook. I always go to him specifically whenever I need General Surgery. He is the nicest, funniest, most down to earth Dr. I have ever met! My whole family goes to him, and he does a fantastic job! My dad had a hernia repair done By Dr. Cook, and another Dr. told my dad it was the best hernia repair he had ever seen! I just had a small tumor removed, and it has healed up great and fast! I seriously love this guy! Thanks for being such a great Doc/person!
Dr Cook who practices Provo ,Ut is the Best General surgeon I know. I've work with this Dr for several years in the OR and have been a patient of his also. My wife is a pt of his too. His excellent practices are well above all surgeons I know. I would highly recommend him for any General Surgery.
I would like to give a huge shout out to Dr. Cook for the AMAZING care that he gave my Daughter. She has been struggling with Gastrointestinal issues her whole life, and when It was decided that Surgery was needed to help her get through this he was so quick getting us in and making sure she was well taken care of. From Surgery to Post-op we could not be more pleased with everything he has done for us. Thanks so much Dr. Cook! Your THE BEST!!!
I had a very acute, completely unexpected gallbladder removal surgery two weekends ago. It was over the weekend, and in my debilitated state I did not have the ability or time to research surgeons. Luckily, Dr. Cook was on call. I was incredibly well taken care of, both by him and his P.A. Recovery has been very smooth and without problems. I highly recommend Dr. Cook.
I had a laparoscopic appendectomy with Dr. Cook. He was so kind and did a great job explaining everything and addressing my concerns. He called my mom personally after the procedure to let her know how things went, which I thought was so great of him to take the time to do. When he checked on me in the hospital afterwards he was also really kind and helped me understand what recovery would look like.
Dr Cook is a great surgeon, he explained how he will do the surgery, how long it could take. I felt very confident with him. He did a fine job. I feel a lot better now. Thank you Dr Cook.
He was incredibly nice, and even did the incisions, so that they would look more cosmetically pleasing. He was really fast, and the only one I would trust, no matter how common the gallbladder removal is.
Dr. Cook and the NPs (Jory and Christy) were all very good, considerate, knowledgeable, and thorough. They were able to explain the surgery and recovery and I felt comfortable in their hands. I had an endometrioma removed in my lower abdomen and surgery went great and recovery went really well. I'd highly recommend them.
