I've been to urgent care at both locations in keene nh. Theyve been very helpful with my situations that i had. I prefer the one on winchester st because i felt like i was treated a little bit better there. They were very nice and was very understanding about my situation. It makes it very easy to go there instead of having to go to the hospital and spend unnessary money on a little thing. Plus its faster to find out whats really wrong. Wrong X-ray. ConvenientMD is convenient, but not attentive. And attention to detail is vital in the medical field. I wen't in for an X-ray of my back after a trampoline accident. I have a vertebrae in the lower thoracic region of my spine that has been giving me aches and pains with certain movements. They took 4 x-rays (because they messed up on 1 and had to take another) assuring me that they were getting the middle of my back. I went to Convenient MD Monday night. The staff was very friendly and helpful and really explained what they were doing as they went through the process. It was a better choice than going to the ER and a lot cheaper.
I had a great experience at this urgent care in Bedford. The check-in was quick and I was seen in five minutes. The doctor was very helpful and helped me feel at ease about what I was experiencing. I will use them again.
Short wait and the drs and nurses are amazing and great with kids. Have a great experience every time
Had a physical and was very pleased with the service. Even got a call back to ask if I had any questions. Everyone from the front desk to nurses to doc were friendly and professional. Loved the convenience and service.
