Ruben Ornelas, a sales and leasing consultant, provided excellent, courteous service when I purchased a car at Continental Toyota this week. Ruben greeted me outside as I drove up to the dealership, and he spent several hours showing me what was available and test driving hybrids (the type of car I knew I wanted). Everyone else was efficient and pleasant. Actually quite a nice experience overall.
