I bought a 2013 4Runner from this dealership as a brand new car. I used to swear by Toyota. I have been going back and forth with an ongoing issue for over a year. I pay way too much money for this car to not have it properly fixed. As I type I'm waiting for a call back....
I have been a Toyota owner for over 15 years now. We just purchased our 5th Toyota a few months ago. A huge reason I keep coming back is because of their service center. Its always been a great experience time and time again. Definitely a well deserved 5 stars!
I just purchased a 2016 Sienna today and am extremely happy with the experience. It was a long process but that is normal for a car buying process. If you want to have the best purchase experience, you should go look for Dean Rio. He stayed way beyond his working hour to help us setup everything in the car, even down load the map app. The inventory is amazing and we purchased a Sienna LE with less than 1 mile on it!!!! I didn't even know that it is possible. Thanks Dean, you made my day and I love the Sienna.
Had an appointment yesterday to see a RAV4 Hybrid Limited. When we got there the person we had the appointment with wasn't even there. They then brought up a totally different model them the one I was interested in. When I called them on it, the salesperson had to talk to the "manager". He can back and said it was "sold". Early appointment, to have oil change and maintainace for my car! The last time I came in for oil change, the lady told me next time I return for service, will be my last free oil change. This time I came back, they said my maintainance credit is expired. So, been cheated to come in. Probably my last time to visit this toyotA. Time to move on!
I moved to Orland Park and was looking for a toyota dealer to service mu 2008 Toyota Yaris. I thought I found the place. Then, I moved to arlington heights. I was going to drive down to Continental Toyota to look at brakes and the braking sensor. But something came up Monday and I needed to reschedule.
