I just rented a toyota minivan for a week,plus they gave me a military discount.The 1st toyota dealership I went to in oak lawn said they don,t rent and since I was of no use to them $$ wise,they said I,d have to look it up myself,and that was after I bought 2 cars from them in the past.What an insult,Countryside toyota will get all my future business.
**Buyer Beware** The overall sales experience was okay. I purchased my used vehicle assuming all proper due diligence was done and they were not. One of the key selling points of the vehicle was Bluetooth , which come to find out there was no Bluetooth installed the buttons were there as an option. I contacted the manager and never got a resolution. Next the spare key can not be used. I purchased a new battery for the key remote from Continental and whenever the key is used it sets off the alarm on the vehicle until you turn... read more
Always a great experience at Continental Toyota! The waiting room is very comfortable with all the amenities, coffee, breakfast bars, cookies, wifi and TV. The only problem I have is the actual cost. I paid $62 for a oil change and tire rotation and that is with a coupon! Then the service writer came out and said I needed a air filter and cabin filter for the low cost of $80. I declined and did it myself.
I've had my cars serviced here before, always happy with my service and my advisor Mark. When it was finally time to buy a newer car there was no question where to go. I was very nervous but explained what I wanted and my budget and CJ told me he found my car. Sales consultant Chuck Gentile pulled up with a car that exceeded my expectations and I didn't need to look any further. Chuck was so nice and helpful and made this my best buying experience ever.
