Mucha demora, no te atienden,no sirve, no funciona.
Took my deposit money and than send me picture thru the mail with damages in the building and bill that had nothing to do with my apartment. Claimed we were responsible for damages. Seems like a very well planned scam to not refund tenants their deposit. Manager also broke into my apartment on the last week of my lease and clean it out changed our locks, took all of my husbands power tools and police reports were filed on our end. Be careful to work with this brokerage specially with Elizabeth the owner! she is not a professional that keeps her word, accepted our offer and while requesting changes on the paperwork to gain time she was simultaneously working with another client on the same property to then go with the higher bidder making my client waste time and money.
