Very Disappointed We chose Continental Flooring because of past my husband had previously dealt with the owner on some commercial installs and was very impressed. I wish that impresive work ethic had flowed over to the install at our home. There are flows in our florring and we were promised three times a representative would come out to repair them. The last promise was that someone would arrive at our home at 8:00 am, only for us to still be waiting at 11 am with no call. Now we are not able to get any return calls or e-ma... read more
