Every warranty has terms and conditions. The warranty that we offer is very similar to the ones offered by most reputable jewelers. In fact many chain jewelers CHARGE for the same warranty that we offered to you for FREE. All we asked is for you to come in for check-ups so we can catch something before it becomes a problem.
