5-Stars Overall, the service was awesome and my wife has a one of one wedding ring that gets complemented every time we go out. The laser engraving of our initials and wedding date really tied our rings together. Highly Recommended.

Excellent selection and good prices Conti Giorgio is located within the Greenfield Shopping Plaza but from the outside the building looks like a medical building. There are several jewelry stores located on the third floor of the building but from my experience this store is the best. We purchased wedding rings from them and other accessories and they stand by their policy to repair and clean what you purchase from them (be sure you bring the receipt back with you when you return - especially for major repairs). They always have a jeweler on-site to assess and work on any projects. Be sure to discuss with them the best price for you.

Don't Buy Here! They produce low quality work. My husband's ring lost two diamonds in the same week only 3 months after we got married. When we took it in they ended up blaming him and charging us for the 2 tiny diamonds that came out, instead of guaranteeing their work. They clung to some lame technicality that we hadn't had it inspected within a year - even though we bought way before our wedding date so it was in a box!! To me, the customer service is shoddy at best. When an issue arises it's your fault and there isn't much negotiating power when you need it fixed and they are the only ones who can fix it. They hold all the power at that point. I wish I hadn't gotten our rings at this jeweler. Try to find a place that will explain their procedures and policies BEFORE there is an issue. Now I'm stuck trying to deal with them and they try to nickle & dime me to death to make a buck.

Response to lesawood5 Every warranty has terms and conditions. The warranty that we offer is very similar to the ones offered by most reputable jewelers. In fact many chain jewelers CHARGE for the same warranty that we offered to you for FREE. All we asked is for you to come in for check-ups so we can catch something before it becomes a problem. This condition is standard in jewelry warranties. Your husband brought in his band a year and a half later. Never once had this ring been checked or cared for. 2 diamonds were missing and the gold was completely damaged. In fact it looked like it had been thru years of abuse. Nevertheless we offered to repair the ring for free as long as you paid for the 2 diamonds. We even reinstated the original warranty that was dead. How is this unfair? It is unfortunate that anyone can manipulate the facts on sites like this in an effort to cause harm to reputable businesses. I am sure any sensible person will agree that you were treated more than fair. Nevertheless, we would be more than happy to answer any further questions or concerns that you might have if you contact the store. Roger Basmajian Giorgio Conti Jewelers

Mr. Paul A. is Happy! I walked in to repair my Movado watch. It was about 15 years old and I thought it was done for. It wasnt really high in value but my father bought it for me and it was sentimental. I talked to Giorgio who said the whole watch had to be taken apart and diagnosed and cleaned. After about a week, I received notice that the watch was fixed and it was under the budget I was quoted. I ended up buying a new Movado as well. Honest people! Great store!

Mr. Paul M Ive been shopping at Giorgio Conti for over 20 years. They have kept up with the times, as they were able to upgrade my wifes wedding ring. We kept her old one intact. She designed a custom setting and Roger was able to find us the perfect 1.50 round GIA. She loves her ring!!
